The Essence of the Ladder Technique

Neville Goddard’s ladder technique is simple but profound. Before falling asleep, visualize yourself climbing up and down a ladder for a short period (5 – 10 minutes for at least 3 nights). Immerse yourself in the sensation of each step, and feel a tangible experience. The next day, affirm to yourself: “I am not busy climbing a ladder,” and reinforce this thought during your waking hours. This prevents you from desiring something and still focusing on the ladder.

My Personal Ladder Story

Let me briefly share my frustration. Despite my mastery in manifesting, the ladder eluded me at first. It wasn’t until I let go of the desire for it that the universe revealed the ladder to me, with its sense of humor, during an interview. Serendipity gave me a ladder, not through deliberate manifestation, but as a hilarious appearance of the ladder during an interview. The lesson? Let go of the need, and manifestation flows effortlessly to you!
